1. Welcome to YN Easy Learn

Welcome to YN Easy Learn, an online learning platform designed to make learning accessible, practical, and enjoyable.
By accessing or using our platform, you agree to the Terms & Conditions below. These terms are here to protect both you and us, so we can create a safe and respectful learning environment for everyone.

2. Accounts & Registration

Please provide accurate information during registration so we can issue certificates correctly.
Each account is meant for one learner to ensure a fair learning experience for all.

3. Learning Access & Course Period

Once payment is completed, you’ll receive access to the course for a specified learning period (e.g. 1–14 days, depending on the course).
During this period, you may revisit the lessons as many times as you like.
Access will end automatically after the learning period expires.

4. Quizzes & Certificates

Some courses include quizzes or assessments to help reinforce learning.
A certificate will be issued once all course requirements are met.
Certificates will be issued within ten (10) working days after course completion.
For any concerns, please contact our customer service centre.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.
Once course access is granted, payments are generally non-refundable.

No refund for:

Partial completion
Failure to pass quiz
User technical issues not caused by platform fault
If you experience genuine technical issues, please contact customer services centre

6. Membership Programme

Individual Membership

Valid for two (2) year from the date of activation.
Membership is personal and non-transferable.
Membership benefits may be updated from time to time

Membership Benefits

Access to member-only offers
Reward points for eligible courses
(Benefits may evolve as the platform grows.)

7. Reward Points

Every $1 spent earns 10 reward points.
100 points = $5 discount.
Points can be used to redeem up to 15% of the course fee.
Points are valid for 24 months

Membership discounts and reward points redemption apply only to eligible training courses offered on the YN Easy Learn platform.

Membership discounts do not apply to digital products sold in the e-Shop, including but not limited to:

Downloadable documents
Templates
Checklists
Guides
e-Books or digital reference materials

All e-Shop digital products are non-discountable items unless otherwise stated.

YN Easy Learn reserves the right to determine which products are eligible for membership discounts.

8. Intellectual Property & Content Protection

All courses, videos, training materials, assessments, graphics, and documents available on YN Easy Learn are the intellectual property of YN Easy Learn and/or its trainers and content providers.

These materials are protected under applicable copyright, intellectual property, and related laws.

Learners are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the course content for personal learning purposes only.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Recording, copying, downloading, reproducing, or redistributing course videos or materials
Sharing course content outside the platform
Uploading course materials to other platforms or websites
Sharing login credentials with others
Using course materials for commercial training without written permission

Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or misuse of course content may result in:

Immediate suspension or termination of the learner account
Removal of course access without refund
Legal action for copyright infringement and damages

YN Easy Learn reserves the right to pursue legal remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Fair Use & Account Misuse

To maintain a fair learning environment, YN Easy Learn reserves the right to investigate and take action in cases of suspected misuse of the platform.

This includes but is not limited to:

Account sharing between multiple users
Abuse or manipulation of reward points
Multiple registrations created to obtain unfair benefits
Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information

If such activities are detected, YN Easy Learn may:

Suspend or terminate the account
Revoke reward points or membership privileges
Restrict platform access

These actions may be taken without prior notice where necessary to protect the platform and its content providers.

10. Training Disclaimer (Especially for OSH Courses)

Courses provided on YN Easy Learn are intended for educational and awareness purposes only.

Completion of any course does not constitute legal compliance, professional certification, or a substitute for workplace-specific risk assessments, safety procedures, or regulatory requirements.

Learners and organisations remain responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable workplace safety laws, industry regulations, and internal safety policies.

YN Easy Learn shall not be held liable for any misuse or misinterpretation of training content.

11. Personal Data & Privacy

YN Easy Learn collects and processes personal data solely for purposes related to:

Learning administration
Course access and certification
Platform communication and support

All personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, including the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect user data from unauthorised access or disclosure.

12. International Learners 🌍

As an online learning platform, certain services may involve the processing or storage of data on servers located outside the learner’s country of residence.

YN Easy Learn takes reasonable steps to ensure that personal data remains protected in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect user data from unauthorised access or disclosure.

13. Platform Availability

YN Easy Learn strives to maintain continuous platform availability. However, occasional interruptions may occur due to:

System maintenance
Software updates
Technical issues beyond our control

YN Easy Learn shall not be liable for temporary service interruptions.

14. Updates to These Terms

YN Easy Learn reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The latest version will be published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
